Every week at the Colombo Divisional Secretariat, on Monday morning, the national flag was raised and the officials officers were to start a program of conducting a lecture.
Accordingly, today (2021-01-25) its inauguration program was conducted by the Social Service department and the social work officer Mr.Chamara Dinusha addressed the meeting officers and gave a lecture on ′′ positive thinking".

The event was sponsored by the accounts Division.The officers and members of the social service societies were also present at the Dhamma discourse.Former lecturer of the Sri Jayewardenepura University Venarable Malimbada Pagnasara Thero participated in the Dhamma sermon. |
