Divisional Secretariat - Colombo

The annually Seela Bhavana program organized by the Colombo Divisional Secretariat's Buddhist Association hold on the 17th of August, 2018 from 6.00 am to 4.00 pm at the Auditorium of the Colombo Divisional Secretariat. The chief incumbent of the Thalagala Aranya Senasana Ven Marapana Ariyarathana Thero, Ven. Karaputugala Revatha Thero, Ven. Vilaachchiye Wimalasara Thero and Thaldena Ariyawimala Thero, were present and 150 members are participated in this sil programme.
